And if you dont eat with them in your system then you come up with the risk of malnutrition.So I would suggest that anyone who takes them only takes the amound suggested on the bottle. Because your body has to become fit all over again. To become fit it has to ingest nutrients and vitamins that fruits, vegtables and meats carry.
